The CNCPI was represented by our colleagues Olivier Nicolle (IPON GLOBAL) and Sylvain Taylor (REGIMBEAU). They made a comparative presentation of the patent systems French and Chinese, with a focus on the problem of Chinese utility models.

About 40 people attended this conference, mainly specialists in IP industry and some lawyers ICC as well as members of the INPI and the OHIM. Many questions following the presentations showed the particular interest of professionals on this Chinese patent system in full expansion.
